John M. Jacob is an international associate and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Jacob joined Debevoise in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, he was a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team of a leading law firm in Australia, focusing on public and private M&A transactions and equity capital markets transactions. Mr. Jacob received a J.D. from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2016, where he was an assistant editor and case note editor of the Melbourne University Law Review. He received a B.Com from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2013.

Mr. Jacob is admitted to practice in Victoria (Australia).
