Matthew B. Parelman is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions Groups.
Mr. Parelman joined Debevoise in 2013. Mr. Parelman received a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2013, where he was the managing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. He also received an M.A. in Russian & East European Studies from the University of Michigan in 2013. Mr. Parelman was the recipient of a Fulbright Research Fellowship to Russia in 2009–2010. Mr. Parelman received a B.A. summa cum laude from George Washington University in 2009, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
