Nana Agyeman Taylor is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts covering numerous sectors and strategies including buyout, credit opportunities and venture. Ms. Taylor’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as Crescent Capital Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Prudential Capital Group.
Ms. Taylor joined Debevoise in 2018. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Parker School Certificate for Achievement in Foreign and Comparative Law recipient. She received a B.A. from Williams College in 2013.
