Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Quarton International in its sale to Cowen Inc., a New York-based diversified financial services company. The transaction is expected to close January 2019.

Quarton International, an investment banking company servicing the middle market, provides merger and acquisition advisory, equity and debt capital raising, and strategic counsel on complex securities transactions.
