The Lawdragon 500 guide reflects the significant accomplishments of leading lawyers over the past year and were selected by Lawdragon’s editorial board through submissions, journalistic research and vetting from a board of renowned peers.
Michael Blair is the firm’s Presiding Partner. Mr. Blair has served as lead counsel in a host of major M&A transactions, advised senior executives and boards of directors on governance matters and handled securities transactions for clients across a range of industries.
Bruce Yannett is Deputy Presiding Partner of the firm, a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Chair of the White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. He focuses on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement and internal investigations.
Catherine Amirfar is Co-Chair of the firm’s Public International Law Group. She focuses on public international law, international commercial and treaty arbitration and international and complex commercial litigation.
Andrew Bab is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Private Equity Group and Co-Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. Mr. Bab has worked extensively on public and private acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions for both private equity and corporate clients, as well as licensing arrangements and other corporate transactions.
Judge Gleeson is a member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group and Commercial Litigation practice and served as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York for 22 years. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Judge Gleeson’s practice focuses on white collar defense, complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and dispute resolution.
David O’Neil is a litigation partner and member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group who served for eight years in prominent positions within the Department of Justice. Mr. O’Neil focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, anti-corruption and FCPA defense and congressional investigations.
