Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Life and Specialty Ventures, L.L.C. in its strategic collaboration with Cambia Health Solutions (“Cambia”) to improve the medical-dental care and financial wellbeing of the people and families navigating care. Under the new partnership, Life and Specialty Ventures will acquire Cambia’s LifeMap ancillary insurance business, which will become part of the USAble Life brand. USAble Life will take on reinsurance and administrative responsibilities for Cambia’s Regence Dental products.
