Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Navis Capital Partners (“Navis”) in the formation of a continuation vehicle in partnership with PEP Gateway, an affiliate of Pacific Equity Partners, to acquire Mainland Poultry from Navis Asia Fund VII.

Mainland Poultry is New Zealand’s largest supplier of eggs, supplying approximately 40% of the country’s domestic egg consumption.
