Debevoise Advises Six Banks in the Formation and Financing of Cari, the Bank-Governed Digital Money Network

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised a consortium of regional and superregional banks as founding banks of Cari, the bank-governed digital money network. Debevoise also advised several of these banks in connection with their investments in Cari’s initial external funding round.

Cari is building shared infrastructure that enables banks to bring money on-chain and offer faster, always-on and programmable financial services while keeping regulated financial institutions at the center of the customer relationship.
