Mr. Daley joined Debevoise in 2023. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and an LL.M in French and European Law from the University of Paris-1 in 2023. He was the editor-in-chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. He received a B.S. from The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
