Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised ICG in the formation of ICG Europe Fund IX ("EF IX"), ICG's flagship €12 billion fund focused on providing flexible capital solutions to companies across Western Europe.

EF IX represents the largest dedicated structured capital fund raised globally.
