Debevoise Advises Exponent in Its Approximately €750 Million Single-Asset Continuation Vehicle for H&MV

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Exponent, a leading European private equity firm, in its approximately €750 million single-asset continuation vehicle to extend its partnership with H&MV Engineering (“H&MV"), a leading global provider of specialist high-voltage electrical engineering services for data centres, battery energy storage systems, utilities and renewables.

The transaction values H&MV at €1.4 billion. The continuation vehicle was significantly oversubscribed and is backed by a high-quality consortium of existing and new institutional investors, led by Apollo S3, Pantheon and SQ Capital.
