Location: Webinar Series

The pending European Disclosure Regulation dealing with ESG will introduce new standards for fund managers and other market participants and investors, starting with new disclosure requirements effective in March next year. These regulatory changes will also have an impact on the due diligence that will be expected of fund managers and is likely to create liability risk in relation to ESG considerations.

Our webinar series - which featured Debevoise lawyers and external experts - covered the steps that firms can take now to ensure they are ready for the new regulation.
