Jake Grandison is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Fund Transactions Groups.
Mr. Grandison joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2015. Mr. Grandison received his B.A. from St Catherine’s College, Oxford in 2013. He completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
Mr. Grandison is recognised for his work on private equity transactions by The Legal 500 UK (2021), with clients praising him for being “all over the detail.”
Mr. Grandison was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2017.
