Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised LDC, the leading private equity investor, in its exit from its investment in Wifinity, the UK’s leading independent provider of business critical connectivity for complex, multi-site and multi-tenant environments, to Arcus Infrastructure Partners.
LDC’s exit follows a successful four-year partnership with Wifinity, having backed CEO Costas Demetriou and the management team in September 2021.
The transaction is subject to National Security and Investment Act approval.
