Debevoise Advises Pacific Life in Its Sale of Aviation Capital Group

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Pacific Life Insurance Company on the sale of its majority ownership in Aviation Capital Group (ACG), its commercial aircraft leasing subsidiary, to Tokyo Century Corporation.
