Debevoise Advises J.C. Flowers and AmeriLife Group in the Sale of AmeriLife to Thomas H. Lee Partners

Flowers"), a private investment firm, and AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), a national leader in marketing and distributing life, health and retirement solutions, in its sale of AmeriLife to Thomas H.
