Debevoise Advises GoDaddy in Its Acquisition of Neustar’s Registry Business

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY) in its acquisition of the Registry business of Neustar Inc., which includes an extensive portfolio of top-level domains (TLDs), including .biz, .co, .in, .nyc and .us, and supports more than 215 TLDs and approximately 12 million domains.
