Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) in its acquisition of a 60% interest in the Hospice and Personal Care divisions of Humana’s Kindred at Home subsidiary (“KAH Hospice”), valued at $3.4 billion.
