Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Ambev S.A. in the sale by Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, S.A. to Koscab Holdings Ltd. of a number of Caribbean-based beverage producers in Saint Lucia, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Dominica.
