Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Metric Capital Partners (“Metric”) in its successful fundraising for MCP Private Capital Fund IV (“MCP IV”), its European special opportunities fund.
MCP IV attracted commitments of €1.2 billion, which exceeded its targeted fund raising figure of €1.1 billion, from a wide range of institutional investors across Europe, Asia and North America. For full details, see here.
Debevoise has previously advised Metric in a number of matters, including the successful fundraising of €850 million for MCP Private Capital Fund III, the predecessor to MCP IV (see details here).
