Harry Just is a U.S.-qualified (New York) and German-qualified corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. He advises sponsors on the structuring of investment funds covering numerous sectors and strategies including private equity, infrastructure and credit funds.Mr. Just joined Debevoise in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Mr. Just was based in Debevoise’s New York Office. Mr. Just studied law in Saarbrücken, Germany and received an LL.M. with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Just was a senior associate in the Investment Funds Group at a major law firm in Luxembourg and Hong Kong. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Germany and speaks fluent German, French and English.
