Debevoise Advises Wilsonart in the $150 Million Sale of Its Asia Business to Aica Kogyo and the Development Bank of Japan

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Wilsonart, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, in the sale of its Wilsonart Asia business to Aica Kogyo Co., Ltd. and the Development Bank of Japan Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The acquisition price is $150 million, subject to certain adjustments.
