Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising The Carlyle Group, as majority owner of Syniverse, in Syniverse’s partnership with Twilio (NYSE:TWLO), and Twilio’s agreement to invest up to $750 million cash in Syniverse and become a significant minority owner of the company.
