Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has written a new book focused on M&A in the insurance and investment management sectors, titled Insurance and Investment Management M&A Deskbook (Practising Law Institute, 2015). The Deskbook provides attorneys with an essential reference to keep up with emerging trends in insurance and investment management M&A.
