Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Exponent, a leading European private equity firm, in the formation of its fifth fund, Exponent Private Equity Partners V (“Fund V”), with £900 million in commitments.

Fund V attracted strong support from a globally diversified investor base, with commitments from longstanding partners and new investors across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Fund V will continue Exponent’s strategy of investing in high-quality mid-market businesses.
