Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, in its definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Cognite AS (“Cognite”), a leading provider of industrial data and AI software, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3.1 billion.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals.
