Debevoise Advises Freshstream in the Sale of a Majority Stake in TrueNoord

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Freshstream Investment Partners ("Freshstream") in a transaction which sees Arcus Infrastructure Partners take a c. 74% share of TrueNoord, the specialist regional aircraft lessor

As founding investor, Freshstream has agreed to re-invest to hold the remaining shares in the business.

The transaction is subject to customary conditions, and it is envisaged closing will occur in about two months.
